Overview
Founded in 1985 by William F. Medico, Action Lift is the largest locally owned material handling equipment supplier in Northeastern PA. As Northeastern Pennsylvania’s leading material-handling specialist, we have 40 years of experience providing the best product lines in the industry with the highest level of customer service. Action Lift, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch sales and service and supporting the communities where we live and work. At Action Lift, we abide by 30 fundamental business practices called THE ACTION LIFT WAY.
Leadership
The company is managed by a dedicated team of industry veterans with extensive experience and established relationships within the material handling industry. The Action Lift leadership team relies on a myriad of industry know-how while focused on a customer-centric business approach with a clear vision for growth.
Joe Mikiewicz was appointed President of Action Lift in 2023. He brings over 35 years of experience in the material handling industry to the position. Under his previous role as General Manager, Action Lift has seen significant local and national growth, with expansion plans underway.
Chet Williams has been with Action Lift for almost 40 years and was appointed Parts and Service General Manager in 2002. His leadership skills are a key reason for our reputation for providing superior customer service and support.
Awards
Action Lift has earned numerous awards for excellence, including the prestigious James F. Dicke Pioneer Award as Crown Equipment’s top-performing dealer in North America. We also received our 24th Summit Award for outstanding sales and customer satisfaction achievements for the previous year. Our company has also earned numerous Goal Buster Awards for forklift and parts sales, presented by UniCarriers Americas Corporation.
Recently, the readers of the Times Leader voted Action Lift as the Best Rental Equipment Company in the area.
