This past year, the company achieved success and embraced change. Action Lift was the proud  James F. Dicke Pioneer Award recipient, recognizing North America's top-performing independent Crown dealer. We also won our 23rd Crown Summit Award and the Ascent Award. In October 2023, Joseph Mikiewicz was named President of Action Lift. Joe's experience and leadership will continue to help the company excel and provide numerous growth opportunities.

We celebrated our employees with an Employee Appreciation Day in June and enjoyed special days throughout the year. Our company welcomed new employees and said, "We'll miss you," to valued team members who retired or moved on to other opportunities and adventures.

Action Lift was a proud supporter of community charitable events such as The Wyoming Valley Run, The Pittston Tomato Festival, Paint Pittston Pink, Greater Pittston Santa Squad, CEO Food Bank, and Valley Santa, to name a few. We established a new organization for charitable support headed by Krista Medico. Action Lift Cares sponsors Meals on Wheels of Greater Pittston, The John Malvizzi Foundation, and other local events to help support those in need.

We continued to hire qualified people to meet business demands and were again voted a Platinum winner of NEPA's BEST TO PLACES WORK, sponsored by the Times Leader Media Group.

In 2023, our company gladly welcomed new business opportunities, nurtured current customers, and worked hard to serve all their material handling needs.  As usual, we remain dedicated to our valued employees and customers as we work to be the best material-handling specialists in NEPA. As 2024 begins, our mission is the same: to make Customer Support Our #1 Priority.
