COVID-19 Customer Communication
March 18, 2020
At Action Lift, we have implemented a policy and will be following best practices to deal with COVID-19. We have been asked, and so we want to update our customers and vendors. Action Lift has taken a proactive approach, and we are following the CDC guidelines for minimizing the spread of illness.
Our offices are open, and we are operating daily to provide service to our customers. As part of the material handling industry and all-important supply chain, Action Lift’s services are essential. Therefore, we have implemented strategies to keep things functioning smoothly.
First, we have implemented a work from home strategy for all office personnel, if needed. We will keep you updated if things change.
We have restricted access to our building from outside personnel and visitors. Also, we have increased the cleaning/sanitizing of high-touch and common areas.
Consistent with CDC guidelines, all employees have been directed to stay home if sick or if someone in their family is sick.
Lastly, we are practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing. We are asking that our customers provide adequate space for our technicians to work and have implemented procedures for safe equipment repair and maintenance. This includes equipment drop off in designated areas and a complete disinfecting of equipment before and after repairs.
Action Lift would notify our staff and customers promptly if we were to have a confirmed case of COVID-19 and will expect the same consideration in return. Rest assured that Action Lift remains dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service. Together, we will get through these challenging times.
Thank you and stay safe.
