AL: How long have you been with Action Lift?
I have been working in the Action Lift parts department for over nine years.
AL: Briefly, what does your job entail?
I'm responsible for researching and ordering parts that our technicians and customers need.
AL: Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
My father. He was a mechanic and taught me a lot. Before I worked at Action Lift, I was a mechanic. Without that knowledge, I wouldn’t be where I am today, being able to assist people with their parts needs.
AL: What best advice can you give someone who just started their career?
Set clear goals and continuously enhance your skill set. Never be afraid to ask questions.
AL: When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?
I get motivated at work by listening to music and podcasts. I also need coffee.
AL: How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I've improved my ability to multitask efficiently and effectively while enhancing my organizational skills.
AL: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Hobbies etc.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gaming, and 3D printing. The most challenging 3D project I completed was a ghost for Halloween last year. It took around 18 hours to print.
Thanks for sharing, Rich!
